Project Management

* Responsible for end - to - end project management throughout the life cycle .

* Works as a team member or runs individual projects and is responsible for completing projects within allotted timeline and budget.

* Defines project scope and objectives, coordinates activities of a project team, and identifies resources.

* Develops detailed work plans, and status reports.

Circuit Design / Provisioning

* Responsible for design planning, record, creation and order fulfillment of Integras products throughout all market areas with a primary ficus on design of Integras growth products.

* Work with Service Activation Technicians when issues arise during pre-build and customer turn up activities.

* Circuit Designers design complex circuits to interface with other carriers. Implement design circuits for the core of the network.

* Lead Level Circuit Designers are responsible for training planning for new/existing products, and assisting Management as needed.

* Review orders for technical corrections and clarifies any design related items.

* Correct and update any orders as necessary. Tracks assigned orders to ensure they are being coordinated in a timely manner.

* Provides support to field operations to resolve complex circuit provisioning problems; reviews and verifies complex technical data in an effort to resolve service or order issues.

* Tracks the installation of circuits to ensure orders are completed within established guidelines.

* Performs other related duties or projects as assigned.

Network Auditing & Cost Saving

* Define , create and implement Area performance reports.

* Interface with contract group and provide updates to NE Area on rate changes.

* Assist in creating maintaining and forecasting Telco expense budgets.

* Work w/vendors to address systemic billing issues and resolve outstanding disputes.

* Define and craft reports to manage month over month auditing and dispute results.

* Resolve disputes through interaction with internal cross functional teams, Area Teams, carriers and selected vendors.

* Analysis of automated auditing reports.

* Provide support to Regional Facilities and Budget teams.

* Audit data center routers to assure usage of ports.

* Central Office equipment auditing; which consist of identifying usage on DSX panels, cost savings where we will eliminate facilities and equipment that are not in use.
